We build organic
content and social
people actually follow.

frequency is the organic marketing partner for brands that need work worth putting on their own channels.

What we do
Nike NYC flag at a waterfront brand activation
Out in the world. From our work with Nike NYC.

Human,
by design.

AI made average content free and infinite. Anyone can generate it. What they cannot generate is a point of view, a cadence, and a presence that belongs to the company. That still has to be made by people. And it still has to live on the brand’s own accounts.

Built inside.
Thinking outside.

frequency is led by operators who built brands inside the companies that set the standard, Nike, Amazon, Victoria’s Secret, and took that discipline into the rooms that move fastest.

We started frequency on a simple conviction: most marketing chases growth, and very little builds something people remember. Being remembered is a function of clarity, distinctiveness, and repetition. Not spend. Not volume. Not another tool that makes more of the same.

Average content is now free. The only thing that still cuts through is human, and the only place it compounds is on the channels the brand owns. We build that engine: the content, the social, the cadence underneath. So when a company grows, it grows on something durable.

Our capabilities

We work across three areas. Organic leads.
The other two exist so the content is true and recognizable.

Organic content and social

Attention you earn instead of rent. Made by people. Hosted on the company’s own accounts. The channels keep working after the budget stops.

  • Content strategy, pillars, and cadence
  • Social for owned channels (feed, stories, short-form)
  • On-set and in-house content systems
  • Community management that sounds like the brand

Positioning and narrative

The story a company tells before it posts anything. So the content has a point, and does not sound like everyone else with a prompt.

  • Category and audience, clearly
  • Messaging architecture and founder voice
  • What you can say on social, and what you should not

Brand

The system that makes the content recognizable everywhere it shows up. Built so every post reinforces the last.

  • Brand strategy and architecture
  • Creative direction for social
  • Brand systems built to scale

Senior people.
A small roster.
Fully in it.

frequency works as an embedded partner, not a vendor. Senior people on the work, a small roster, matched to the engine you actually need. We take a few engagements at a time.

Let’s work together

From the people
we’ve built with.

frequency put together a masterpiece on our brand vision, strategy, positioning, and most importantly our GTM at SOAR. We’ve received an incredible amount of love and compliments throughout the industry about the work she was responsible for. The BEST expense we’ve made.
Tom CurryCEO, SOAR Launchpad
frequency played a key role in elevating our marketing positioning toward data and intelligence-led narratives. She brings a rare level of senior marketing leadership and real-world experience to the crypto space. Highly strategic, opinionated, and exceptionally sharp, she consistently challenged our thinking and raised the bar.
Asaf NadlerCOO, Addressable
Before frequency, our marketing was reactive. They rebuilt our internal workflows, content cadence, and decision-making process so the team could move faster and more cohesively. Even after stepping back, the system they put in place continued to scale.
Michael MaCEO, District
What stood out about working with Jasmine was her operator mindset. She didn’t just offer suggestions — she looked closely at what wasn’t working, helped clean up the workflow, and worked alongside the team to move things forward.
Vanessa LeitmanHead of Marketing, Blackbird
Savvy on all things digital, and brought a unique mindset that was ever in-tune with constant changing trends and content.
Angela AntonioSr. Creative Lead, Victoria’s Secret
She’s a digital native, a brand fan, knows what she wants, and is truly lovely company. Someone you’d want on your team.
